Cancellation & Refund Policy from Shreya Taxi Services
This is to inform whomsoever that Shreya Taxi Services has the sole right of cancel the bookings at any point of time for any reason whatsoever with a prior intimation or notice of 2 working days from the date of journey.
If a customer has paid any amount in advance and his/her booking gets cancel from our side then the customer is liable to receive full amount back or refunded in next 10 working days from the date of cancellation from Shreya Taxi Services.
If Shreya Taxi Services inform to the customer for his/her booking got cancel due to the vehicle is not available on the date of journey for any reason and customer is ready to reschedule the journey on which vehicle is available then we at Shreya Taxi Services will confirm the booking by writing via electronically from our official mail id i.e., info@shreyataxiservices.com or admin@shreyataxiservices.com.
If customer requests to cancel his/her booking, then the customer has to inform us in prior to two working days from the date of journey.
If the customer does not inform or fail to do so then Shreya Taxi Services is not liable to pay or refund the booking amount back.
If customer claim the refund of the booking amount without cancelation of his/her booking then Shreya Taxi Services is not liable to make any payment whatsoever.
